Yazar The 2026 Emmy nominations have been announced, and The Pitt topped the list. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the HBO Max series became the year’s most-nominated title with 25 nominations.
Competition at the top of the list was fierce. Hacks made a strong showing in the comedy categories with 24 nominations, while among new series, Widow’s Bay stood out with 19.
Pluribus earned 18 nominations, Beef 16, and DTF St. Louis 13. Saturday Night Live and Spider-Noir also joined the year’s standout titles with 11 nominations each.
On the platform side, HBO Max delivered the strongest showing with 122 nominations in total. The nominees were announced by Liza Colón-Zayas and Jeff Hiller at the Television Academy‘s event at the Saban Media Center.
This year’s Emmy ceremony will air live on NBC and Peacock on September 14, hosted by Mariska Hargitay. The Pitt‘s 25 nominations make it one of the strongest television titles of this awards season.
